Privacy Policy

This policy covers the games listed below, developed or published by Goblin Vault Studios under the name whoopydoo games ("we", "us"). It describes their web versions, including games in development, and separately describes the planned Android version of Striker Streak. A game's inclusion here does not mean it has been released on every platform.

The short version

What stays on your device

Games that save progress, settings or language choices locally use your browser's storage. These local saves stay on your device unless a platform storage feature transfers them. You can remove local saves by clearing the game's browser storage. A hosting platform may separately offer account, cloud-save or storage features, covered by its policy.

We plan to save Striker Streak's Android progress and settings locally on your device as well. Clearing the app's storage will remove local saves.

Information collected by our partners

Web games. When you play on Poki, CrazyGames, or a website using GameDistribution, the platform and its advertising providers handle ads and analytics under their own privacy policies. Depending on the platform and your privacy choices, they may process IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies or similar storage, and gameplay or ad interactions. We may receive aggregated reports about game usage.

Striker Streak on Android (in development). We plan to use Google AdMob for advertising. Google's Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers, depending on its configuration. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Non-personalised ads do not mean that no data is processed. The planned Android release will use child-directed ad settings for all players, disable interest-based advertising and remarketing, prevent transmission of the Android advertising ID, and use only ad SDKs and versions certified under Google Play's Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not part of the planned Striker Streak Android integration.

Before the Android app is released, we will update this policy to describe its implemented services and privacy controls.

Consent and privacy choices

For web games, use the hosting platform's privacy or consent controls. Those choices apply to the platform and its partners.

For the planned Android release, we will apply the consent and restricted-data-processing requirements appropriate to the player's age and region. Non-personalised advertising can still require consent for storage or other processing. Where consent is required and can be requested, we will provide a way to review or withdraw it. Children under the applicable age of consent will not be asked to consent to personalised advertising.

Children

Striker Streak is intended for children and adults. This audience statement and its planned Android advertising protections apply specifically to Striker Streak; other games' audiences and age ratings depend on the game and platform. We do not ask children to create an account or provide their name, email address or phone number in our games.

Advertising providers may still process limited technical information to deliver and measure ads, as described above. Web versions use the hosting platform's own privacy and advertising controls. Parents and guardians should review the relevant platform policy.

If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and delete information we hold when appropriate.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond and resolve your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive information or a child's personal details unless necessary to handle your request.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell information you send directly to us. The platforms and advertising providers described above process and may share information under their own policies. Our email provider processes messages so we can respond to you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Clear browser storage to remove local web saves. For information held by a hosting platform or Google, use that provider's privacy controls or contact details. For information held directly by us, email us and we will help.

Security and retention

Local saves remain on your device until you clear them. Platforms and advertising providers handle the data they collect under their own security practices and retention periods. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations, then delete it. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no system is completely secure.

Changes

If we change how our games handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
